Aux Etats-Unis, Apple rend gratuite la livraison par coursier en deux heures du 22 décembre au 24 décembre 2025 à midi. Le service dépend toutefois du stock local, de la zone couverte et de quelques règles qui peuvent faire dérailler le panier.
Du 22 décembre au 24 décembre 2025 à midi, Apple supprime les 9 dollars habituellement facturés pour la livraison en deux heures depuis ses magasins. L’offre concerne les appareils éligibles commandés auprès d’un Apple Store participant. Première condition : le produit doit être disponible dans le magasin qui prépare la commande.
La fenêtre est courte. Après 12 h le 24 décembre, la gratuité disparaît. Et même un magasin situé à proximité peut se trouver hors zone, car Apple limite ce service à la plupart des zones métropolitaines couvertes par son réseau de coursiers.
Deux heures, pas deux miracles
Sur sa page consacrée à la livraisonApple indique que la livraison par coursier en deux heures est proposée, contre des frais supplémentaires, dans la plupart des zones métropolitaines. La promotion de Noël supprime ces frais, mais ne change ni la couverture géographique ni la règle du stock local.
Le site affiche les options après la saisie de l’adresse et la sélection de l’appareil. Le verdict tombe alors : livraison en deux heures, délai standard ou absence de livraison express. Un produit disponible en ligne peut manquer dans le magasin chargé de préparer la commande. Le jardin clos a ses règles.
Le panier de Noël passe en mode express
Le stock décide qui part en express
L’offre vise les appareils éligibles en stock, pas chaque référence vendue par Apple. Une configuration de Macune couleur d’iPhone ou une capacité d’iPad absente du magasin sort donc du circuit. Les commandes soumises à des conditions particulières peuvent connaître le même sort.
Apple précise aussi que la livraison le lendemain est gratuite pour les MaciPadiPhoneAirPods et Apple Watch en stock. La livraison gratuite en deux jours couvre presque tout le reste. Le délai de deux heures reste donc un bouton turbo réservé à certaines commandes, pas une option universelle.
Le bouton turbo ne baisse pas l’addition
La gratuité porte sur la course, pas sur l’appareil. L’opération évite une facture de 9 dollars aux clients dont le magasin et le produit remplissent les conditions. Le prix de l’iPhonedu Mac ou de tout autre appareil reste celui affiché au moment de l’achat.
Le prix fait un sprint, pas une remise
Cette distinction compte pour les achats de dernière minute. Apple prend temporairement en charge une prestation qui reste normalement payante, sans appliquer de réduction au matériel. La livraison express accélère la commande, mais ne transforme pas le panier en promotion de Noël.
Le mécanisme est donc simple sur le papier : un appareil éligible, un magasin participant, une adresse couverte et une commande passée avant midi le 24 décembre. Si l’un de ces éléments manque, le tarif standard ou un délai plus long reprend la main.
Retour vers le 8 janvier, avec une sortie de route
Le retour ne passe pas toujours en mode fêtes
Pour les appareils Apple éligibles achetés en magasin ou en ligne entre le 12 novembre et le 25 décembre 2025la période de retour est prolongée jusqu’au 8 janvier 2026. Cette règle concerne les achats couverts par l’extension des fêtes, pas automatiquement toutes les commandes passées dans cette période.
Les iPhone achetés avec un financement T-Mobile ou Verizon ne bénéficient pas de la livraison gratuite en deux heures. Ils restent aussi soumis à la politique standard de retour. Apple indique que cette politique prévoit normalement un retour sous 14 jours. Oui, même le cadeau express a son petit arbre décisionnel.
Le chrono et le jardin clos
Pour éviter de découvrir trop tard que le cadeau prendra le chemin de la livraison standard, la vérification se fait en quatre temps :
- sélectionner un appareil affiché comme disponible dans un Apple Store local;
- renseigner l’adresse pour confirmer que la zone est couverte;
- choisir l’option en deux heures et vérifier que les frais affichés sont bien de 0 dollar;
- contrôler les conditions de retour, surtout en cas de financement T-Mobile ou Verizon pour un iPhone.
Le cadeau express est possible, mais seulement si le stock, la ville et l’horloge coopèrent. Sinon, le Père Noël reprend le chemin de la livraison standard. Deux heures, donc, mais pas deux miracles.
